Junior Chief of Staff - Remote

Overview

LatamCent is hiring a Junior Chief of Staff to support our executive team with strategy, execution, and operations. This role is ideal for a sharp generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments, learns quickly, and wants exposure to recruiting, client management, internal ops, and growth strategy. You'll work directly with our leadership to keep projects on track, solve day-to-day issues, and build systems that help us scale.

In Short

• Own internal project tracking, ops documentation, and cross-team follow-ups
• Support CEO and execs with scheduling, research, and meeting prep
• Help streamline workflows across recruiting, sales, and client delivery
• Analyze metrics and surface insights for team reviews
• Draft internal comms, Notion pages, and client-facing docs as needed
• Handle one-off priorities ranging from hiring support to partner coordination
• Identify gaps in tools or systems and help implement improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years in a fast-paced startup or operations-heavy role
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1+)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with platforms like Notion, Airtable, Slack, and GSuite
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Based in Latin America and available to work U.S. hours
