Sales Development Representative - Remote

Overview

Laserfiche is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR), who will support the sales team in securing new opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers, as well as generating new business leads from cold calling campaigns and warmer MQL’s.

In Short

• Prospect, identify, and generate new business leads through cold calls, emails, and calls.
• Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria (SWAT).
• Conduct initial outreach to potential customers.
• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM, Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Follow up with prospects who are not ready to buy immediately.
• Exceed lead generation and appointment setting targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
• Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of the sales process and lead generation techniques.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
