Overview

Winfield United FP&A is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for strategic growth initiatives, oversee management reporting and consolidation, support capital investment decisions, and drive high-impact special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 9+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience.
• Leadership experience strongly desired.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to take an enterprise view of the value chain.
• Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in talent development.
• Ability to condense complex topics into simple narratives.
