Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

In Short

• Schedule candidate interviews and debriefs across the business.
• Provide onsite support for in-person interviews in San Francisco.
• Be the main point of contact for candidate correspondence.
• Partner with recruiters and internal teams to support the recruiting process.
• Maintain data hygiene within our ATS, Ashby.
• Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ATS experience.
• Proficient with GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
• Flexible and able to navigate changing priorities.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Attention to detail in recruitment coordination activities.
