Overview

As a Product Owner at Lakeside, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and execution of our product roadmap, acting as the bridge between customer needs and product development efforts.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) space.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand feature value and outcomes.
• Work with product designers to create intuitive user experiences.
• Write user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Discuss proposals with engineers for efficient feature implementation.
• Work closely with engineers during implementation for quality assurance.
• Manage cross-team dependencies with other Product Owners.
• Ensure timely delivery of features.
• Create documentation for successful feature adoption.
• Contribute to improving the product management process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product development.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3-5 years in end-user-compute (EUC), IT Support, DEM or DEX space.
• Track record of generating results in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in software development processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
