Overview

As a Product Owner at Lakeside, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and execution of our product roadmap, acting as the bridge between customer needs and product development.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) space.
• Partner with product managers to understand the value of new features.
• Work with product designers to develop intuitive user experiences.
• Write user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Discuss proposals with engineers to implement features efficiently.
• Ensure features are delivered on time and meet specifications.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to manage dependencies.
• Create documentation for successful feature adoption.
• Contribute to the product management process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and delivering successful products.
• 3+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 3-5 years in end-user-compute, IT Support, DEM or DEX space.
• Track record of generating results in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in software development processes and practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Quick to learn and solve problems.
