Overview

As a Product Owner at Lakeside, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and execution of our product roadmap, acting as the bridge between customer needs and product development.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) space.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to refine user experiences.
• Write user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Work with engineers to implement features efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of features that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners on cross-team dependencies.
• Create documentation for successful adoption of features.
• Contribute to the improvement of product management processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in end-user-compute (EUC) or DEX space.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
