Paid Ads Specialist for Lead Generation - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Linkedin ads and Facebook Ads to lead our paid advertising efforts for high-quality lead generation. This is a fully remote position that requires proven experience and a track record of delivering valid leads.

In Short

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Identify and target key demographics, including C-level executives, IT managers, and decision-makers.
• Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Manage advertising budgets to achieve lead generation targets.
• Provide proof of experience and examples of campaigns that successfully generated valid leads.
• Analyze competitor campaigns to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
• State if you have video editing or graphic design skills to support ad creative development.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for lead generation (minimum 2-3 years).
• Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads and achieving measurable results.
• Strong expertise in paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and IT services industries is a plus.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance-related targeting strategies is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
