• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator/RMM Engineer to support our IT team.
• This role will assist with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support needs.
• Ensures smooth project execution and efficient resolution of RMM tickets.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely updates.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding project progress and requirements.
• Handle RMM tickets, such as patch failures and alert resolutions.
• Create well-structured, client-facing documentation for projects.
• Experience with ConnectWise RMM and ConnectWise Manage is required.
• Strong understanding of project management processes is essential.
• This is a newly developed role, open to feedback on responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience with ConnectWise RMM and ConnectWise Manage (PSA).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with IT service management and automation tools is a bonus.
