An MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers using mobile services provided by the MVNO. They address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth user experience for both voice and data services.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in technical support, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of mobile devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Patience and empathy in customer interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote support applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Customer service orientation focused on positive user experiences.
