Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Hardware Technical Support Level 1 Agent with a background in Unix, Networking, and Command-line interface (CLI) operations. As an integral part of our technical support team, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level assistance to resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal functionality of our products & services.

  • Utilize knowledge of Unix-based systems, networking protocols, and CLI tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and guiding users through issue resolution.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming technical support tickets, ensuring timely resolution within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work closely with team members to escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
