• Identify and qualify high-potential EMS opportunities.
• Apply a structured Strategic Account Planning approach.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Provide critical field insights to support internal teams.
• Represent LACROIX at key industry events.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Business Development.
• Onboard and grow new customer accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the EMS industry.
• Strong track record in B2B business development.
• Expertise in selling tailor-made solutions.
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strategic and results-driven mindset.
