We’re looking for an SDR focused on the U.S. market to generate qualified pipeline, book meetings, and build early relationships with founders, CTOs, and hiring leaders. This role mixes outbound prospecting, creative outreach, and light community engagement—ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.

In Short

  • Generate qualified outbound pipeline for U.S. startups and scaleups.
  • Run personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and Apollo/HubSpot.
  • Identify key decision-makers and communicate company’s value proposition.
  • Book high-quality meetings and conduct initial qualification.
  • Leverage content, LinkedIn presence, and micro-campaigns to warm prospects.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of SDR/BDR experience targeting the U.S. market.
  • Excellent English and confidence engaging C-level leaders.
  • Strong outbound mindset, organization, and CRM discipline.
  • Experience in SaaS, recruiting, staffing, or tech/HR tech is a plus.
  • Creative communicator who enjoys personalized outreach and prospecting.
