The Website Support Specialist at Lithia & Driveway is responsible for managing and supporting the online presence of dealerships, ensuring websites are accurate and aligned with brand standards while collaborating with various teams.

• Manage multiple dealership websites
• Coordinate web content updates
• Troubleshoot site and inventory errors
• Monitor websites for compliance standards

• Available for on-call support during weekends/holidays

• 1-2 years of experience in web support preferred

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with digital marketing is a plus
• Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or Computer Science preferred
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a help desk environment is a bonus
• Familiarity with compliance standards in digital platforms
