Overview

The Website Support Specialist at Lithia & Driveway is responsible for managing and supporting the online presence of the dealership's network, ensuring websites are accurate and engaging while collaborating with various teams.

• Manage multiple dealership websites.
• Coordinate web content updates with project managers.
• Troubleshoot site and inventory errors.
• Monitor websites for brand and compliance standards.

• Be available for on-call support.
• 1-2 years of web support experience preferred.
• Bonus for help desk experience or automotive industry knowledge.
