Overview

As a Customer Support Website Specialist, you will support service professionals through the website customer support process, ensuring their websites meet expectations and perform optimally.

In Short

  • Provide direct support to Pros during the website creation process.
  • Handle website edit requests from Pros.
  • Proactively reach out to Pros for assistance.
  • Troubleshoot website-related issues.
  • Collaborate within the team to resolve complex issues.
  • Track and manage support tickets.
  • Educate Pros on website management features.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce.
  • Communicate effectively with Pros through various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in website support or account management.
  • 1+ year experience in customer success and/or support.
  • Self-starter with motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prompt attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of customer needs.
