  • 5+ years of experience in customer management.
  • Ability to cultivate customer relationships based on trust.
  • Strategic engagement with customers for product utilization.
  • Monitor analytics and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage data to influence change.
  • Ensure positive customer experience and contract renewals.
  • Build credibility as a customer's champion.
  • Expertise in customer data and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with business tools like Salesforce and Excel.
