Overview

The Travel & Expense Business Analyst at Kyndryl will be responsible for managing and supporting SAP Concur applications, ensuring compliance, and improving user experience.

In Short

• Provide technical support for T&E applications.
• Lead configurations for Concur Expense and Request modules.
• Improve documentation and generate intelligence reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage enhancement projects independently.

• Support Employee Vendor payments configuration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Concur.
• Certified Professional – Expense Configuration.
• Experience in managing company implementations of SAP Concur.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Effective in achieving support SLAs.
• Experience with Power BI and MS Office.
• Service Now support experience preferred.
• Good stakeholder communication skills.
