Configuration Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Configuration Business Analyst will support the platform and configuration needs of Centivo, ensuring high-quality healthcare solutions for employers and their employees.

In Short

• Serve as a subject matter expert for provider data and claims platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
• Work with technical teams for system enhancements.
• Gather and document system requirements from business users.
• Conduct gap analyses and implement solutions for improved workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and perform quality assurance checks.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users.
• Support project management for system upgrades and implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare-related setting.
• Experience with Health Rules Payer preferred.
• Hands-on experience with health plan building and system administration.
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools like Excel and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA and CMS.
• Excellent communication skills.
