Customer Retention Manager - Remote

Overview

The Customer Base Management (CBM) department is seeking an inspired and dedicated visionary for customer retention and development.

In Short

• Launch large automated and manual pilot campaigns, monitor their quality, analyze effectiveness, and prepare reports.
• Research the customer base, analyze existing trends, drivers, barriers, and customer behavior patterns.
• Conduct A/B testing of business hypotheses by launching new or modifying existing campaigns.
• Prepare business cases and forecasts for CBM (churn, campaign results, revenues).
• Track systemic changes and trends in the telecommunications market in Ukraine and globally.
• Generate new ideas, develop and implement activities/initiatives to maximize positive effects on key business metrics.

Requirements

• Technical and/or economic education.
• Ability to analyze primary and secondary information, summarize and systematize it, and evaluate its impact.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to handle large data sets.
• Experience in preparing reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to execute projects timely and qualitatively, focusing on results.
• Enjoy challenges and innovative approaches to work.
• English level: pre-intermediate (A2) or higher.
