Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Kyivstar.Tech is opening a new vacancy in the customer interaction systems department, seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business needs and develop architectural solutions.

In Short

• Analyze business needs of internal/external clients considering constraints and developing architectural solutions.
• Evaluate project documentation (briefs, concepts, etc.) from clients.
• Coordinate requirements between internal/external clients and other parties in the process.
• Design technical solutions and manage their lifecycle.
• Model business processes and develop solution models.
• Plan and organize client testing of solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements) and user instructions.
• Prepare internal orders for work on IT platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a business or system analyst in IT projects.
• Understanding of REST architecture and database fundamentals.
• Professional knowledge of UML notation.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Basic skills in SQL queries.
• Analytical thinking and ability to gather, formalize, and document business requirements.
• Project management skills and deadline control.
