Overview

The Talent Sourcer will play a crucial role in Kustomer’s Talent Acquisition team, focusing on hiring top technical talent for the Engineering team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data-driven talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
• Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals.
• Experience recruiting for various technology disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in market research and data analysis.
• Expert knowledge of Google Suite and dashboarding tools.
• Excellent time management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment.
