Technical Talent Sourcer - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Talent Sourcer at HappyRobot, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with highly skilled technical candidates in a fast-paced startup environment.

In Short

• Proactively identify and engage with top technical talent using various sourcing tools.
• Develop engagement strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

• 1-3 years in technical sourcing, recruiting, or a related role within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, DevOps) and ability to assess candidate profiles.
• Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication for engaging candidates and internal teams.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-standard environment, delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to pivot in a fast-changing environment and prioritize multiple roles.
