Overview

Kustomer is seeking a dedicated Customer Success professional to enhance client experiences and ensure they achieve value from our platform.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end customer relationships post-sale.
  • Focus on product adoption and customer education.
  • Understand customer KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Influence product development with customer feedback.
  • Act as an internal advocate for customers.
  • Work with Technical Account Managers on product implementation.
  • Expand the list of referenceable customers.
  • Handle sensitive personal data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, CRM, CX Software, or APIs.
  • Experience in negotiating customer renewals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized; project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport and simplify processes.
  • Experience advocating for customer needs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use data for process improvements.
