Exercise Planner - Remote

Overview

The Exercise Planner will support the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) G-5 Directorate by coordinating, developing, and executing strategic, operational, and contingency plans related to exercises and force deployments.

• Support exercise planning initiatives for the Marine Corps.
• Coordinate logistics and resources for training exercises.
• Develop exercise planning documentation.
• Assist in planning National Special Security Events.
• Conduct reviews and recommend updates to exercise-related policies.
• Organize and facilitate inter-agency conferences and meetings.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree and Secret Clearance required.
• 4-10 years of experience in military operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

• Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• 4-10 years of experience in exercise planning or military operations.
• Knowledge of DoD and Marine Corps planning directives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
