The Geo Expansion Manager will play a critical role in driving Kraken's global operating effectiveness by managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning commercial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in consulting, financial services, or similar roles.
• Strong familiarity with crypto business models and financial markets/products.
• Solid grasp of blockchain/crypto concepts.
• Proven track record in business process management and scaling.
• Experience balancing legal/regulatory requirements with business priorities.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems with structured thinking.
