In Short

  • Responsible for the technical operation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of thermal energy storage systems.
  • Work directly on-site with customers and closely with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Plan, organize, and carry out maintenance and repair work.
  • Analyze causes and rectify technical malfunctions in various areas.
  • Calibrate and troubleshoot instruments and sensors.
  • Conduct service operations and system interventions for customers domestically and internationally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage external service providers.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and improvements.
  • Support system development with recommendations for upgrades.
  • Provide training materials and conduct training for plant operators.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Process Engineering, or similar.
  • Several years of professional experience in service, maintenance, or operation of process or industrial plants.
  • Solid knowledge in electrical, measurement, control, and regulation technology (EMSR).
  • Practical experience with DCS and/or PLC systems.
  • Experience in managing external service providers and technical projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
  • Very good English skills; German skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and participate in on-call services.
