The Maintenance and Engineering Manager leads the strategic and operational aspects of Production and Facilities Equipment Maintenance at BD in Mebane, North Carolina, ensuring safety, equipment reliability, and cost optimization.

• Lead maintenance strategy and performance for production and facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance and Facilities management.
• 3 years in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Demonstrated leadership in developing Maintenance & Engineering teams.
• Proven negotiation skills with external partners.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
