In Short

• Responsible for the operations and maintenance activities of buildings and equipment at AB "Ignitis gamyba" site – Elektrėnai complex.
• Organizing technical maintenance and repair work for the Elektrėnai complex facilities.
• Developing multi-year and annual technical maintenance schedules and plans.
• Preparing the annual procurement plan and initiating planned and emergency purchases.
• Ensuring contract execution and control.
• Participating in project activities and executing assigned investment projects.
• Organizing the defect and deficiency elimination processes.

Requirements

• Higher education in construction engineering.
• 3 years of experience in organizing technical maintenance of buildings and engineering networks.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations in the energy and construction sectors.
• English language proficiency at least B1 level.
• Skills in using Microsoft programs (SharePoint, Office, Teams, Outlook, Power BI).
• Category B driver's license.
