Financial Analyst - Controlling and Accounting - Remote

Overview

Your mission is to be a commercial all-rounder with a passion for numbers and processes. We are looking for someone who not only analyzes but also takes operational action—from simple bookings to strategic corporate management.

In Short

• Processing ongoing business transactions, supporting monthly and annual financial statements, and accounting for funding applications.
• Building and communicating reports, analyses, and KPIs for corporate management.
• Monitoring project budgets and performance, coordinating with project managers, and supporting calculations.
• Participating in financing rounds and funding applications.
• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or comparable training with relevant further education.
• Experience in accounting, controlling, and bookkeeping—ideally in an industrial environment as well as in small companies, startups, or scale-ups.
• Hands-on mentality: you are ready to get involved and do not shy away from operational tasks.
• Analytical mindset, structured work style, and high quality standards combined with good communication.
• Proficient use of office solutions and ERP systems.
• Very good English skills.
