Overview

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage accounting, reporting, internal controls, and compliance, contributing to the company’s mission to enhance productivity and sustainability in manufacturing.

In Short

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting processes.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IND-AS/IGAAP.
• Lead statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Analyze monthly expenses and variance in financial statements.

Requirements

• CA qualification with relevant experience in an MNC.
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with IND-AS/IGAAP reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP is essential.
• Experience with US GAAP reporting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in industrial or commercial accounting is a plus.
• Familiarity with global finance operations is advantageous.
