Overview

The Operations Officer plays a crucial role in the recruitment and forecasting process of Advisory, ensuring that this process runs efficiently and effectively while maintaining regular contact with the Advisory leadership team.

In Short

  • Support the operations team within KPMG's advisory branch on various operational themes and activities.
  • Monitor and report on financial operational performance focusing on resource allocation and productivity.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders within Advisory and other departments.
  • Responsible for resource planning progress, collaborating closely with the recruitment team.
  • Deliver progress and forecast reports and analyses in collaboration with Finance and Business Controllers.
  • Work independently on various optimization projects and ad-hoc topics.
  • Engage in broader Advisory projects and manage them to successful completion.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
  • Enjoy collaborating with different teams.
  • Be proactive and willing to tackle various ad-hoc issues.

Requirements

  • Completed HBO/WO education, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in a financial role or resource planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiar with project management and process optimization.
