The Operations Escrow Officer has significant national title and escrow closing experience. They are responsible for executing Refinance closings with timeliness, expertise, and precision while proactively meeting customer needs and providing a delightful closing experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of title & escrow experience
• Proven customer service experience
• Ability to understand advanced title and curative items
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Diverse lender experience required
• Proficient in using various computer programs
• Open to process changes and system updates
• Resware experience is a plus
