Requirements

• Escrow Officer must have a book of business.
• Escrow Assistant must have prior experience as an escrow officer assistant.
• Work hours for Escrow Officer: 8 to 5 or 9 to 6 with a 1-hour lunch break.
• Work hours for Escrow Assistant: 8:30 to 5:30 with a 1-hour break.
