Requirements

• MBA from a top-tier business school.
• Fluent in English.
• 2+ years in a top-tier consulting firm.
• 4+ years in an executive operations role within a startup.
• Experience in both B2C and B2B service sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with the EOS framework is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
