• Lead the design, execution, and deployment of engineering solutions to address ship-tracking business cases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a data engineering or backend-focused role.
• Strong expertise in RDBMS databases such as MSSQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong Python skills, including libraries like pandas and numpy, following PEP8 standards.
• Experience with streaming data technologies such as Kafka.
• Experience with batch data processing and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and following Git best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and deep understanding of containerisation tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.
