In Short

  • Join the APAC Sales team as a proactive and results-driven commercial Manager.
  • Sell a disruptive technology solution in the commodities market.
  • Maintain and build client relationships through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Make daily outbound contacts via emails, chats, and phone calls.
  • Set up meetings and interact with decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.
  • Work alongside internal teams including pre-sales and research teams.
  • 3-6 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in commodities.
  • Good Japanese and English skills with great presentation abilities.
  • Proactive ‘hunter’ mentality with a strategic mindset.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of working experience in a sales role.
  • Experience in Maritime, Commodities, or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity and contacts within the commodities community in Japan.
  • Excellent ability to convince and relate to prospects and clients.
  • A team player focused on maximizing business gains.
  • Great attitude and motivation.
