Overview

As a Business Development Representative at Kpler, you will play a crucial role in growing existing accounts and finding new leads within priority new logos across India, focusing on the Maritime and Energy sectors.

  • Focus on growing existing accounts and finding new leads.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Kpler's product suite.
  • Map out key contacts at existing customer accounts.
  • Craft and execute communication campaigns.
  • Develop leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Qualify business opportunities using the BANT methodology.
  • Explain how Kpler can help new contacts.
  • Update the CRM Platform (Salesforce) with relevant information.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS/Tech company, ideally in Maritime/Shipping/Logistics.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Fluent in English; local languages are a plus.
  • Experience with the BANT methodology preferred.
  • Ability to research, map, and prospect accounts.
  • Confident in communication over the phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve goals.
  • A team player with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to analyze complex client requirements.
