In Short

  • Join the Sales team as an Account Development Representative.
  • Focus on growing client footprint within existing customer accounts.
  • Map out key contacts and identify growth opportunities.
  • Craft and execute communication campaigns.
  • Generate and qualify business opportunities using BANT methodology.
  • Understand new contacts' challenges and needs.
  • Meet weekly with Account Managers to strategize.
  • Interact with users through in-person and remote methods.
  • Be an expert on client workflow and product usage.
  • Work in a remote/hybrid environment in Houston or New York.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Tech sales.
  • Experience in Maritime/Logistics sector is preferred.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with BANT methodology or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills over phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to empathize and build relationships quickly.
  • Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve goals.
  • Team player with a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to analyze complex client requirements.
