Manufacturing Execution Team Lead - Remote

In Short

• Lead and support a team of 5 employees in DE, IE, and HU.
• Ensure smooth operation of Manufacturing Execution solutions.
• Governance and further development of templates.
• Continuous expansion and optimization of Manufacturing Execution solutions.
• Close collaboration with internal IT teams and various departments.
• Design and participate in the strategic direction of Manufacturing Execution IT.
• Responsible for budget management and order management.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in IT, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating international teams.
• Practical experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably with SAP ME, MPDV Hydra, and FORCAM.
• Solid knowledge in the implementation, integration, and maintenance of MES systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and their optimization through IT solutions.
• Experience in project management methods and practices, preferably in agile approaches.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally to support various locations and projects.
