Overview

The IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support for high-impact issues while collaborating with team members to ensure resolution.

In Short

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues following internal documentation.
  • Provide support for high-impact issues reported by end-users.
  • Collaborate to resolve issues and maintain documentation.
  • Perform day-to-day activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  • Remote on-call service for critical issues.
  • Assist in creating weekly and monthly reports.
  • Support and train junior analysts.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for incident management.
  • Ensure tickets are updated and managed effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; ITIL certification is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Service Desk.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
  • Strong computer skills and interest in technology.
  • 1st level support knowledge of MS Office and Windows.
  • Fluent in English and German (B2).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
