Overview

The Global HR Master Data Management Trainee role involves providing first-level support for HR master data maintenance in a corporate environment, contributing to the development of a global business service center.

In Short

• Act as the first point of contact for HR professionals regarding master data maintenance.
• Maintain personnel actions for non-SAP countries.
• Manage global organizational objects in HR DataCube.
• Respond to inquiries and issues in the ticketing system.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies until at least January 2026.
• Availability for 25 to 40 hours per week.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Outlook.
• Flexibility and analytical thinking.
• Ability to learn and adapt.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
