Overview

The Head of Sales and Marketing at vaylens is responsible for the strategic and operational development of all sales and marketing activities, focusing on sustainable growth, brand building, and international expansion in the e-mobility sector.

In Short

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
  • Focus on market development in the UK, France, and the DACH region.
  • Create market entry strategies for Sweden/Norway and additional markets.
  • Lead a team of 13 employees across various units.
  • Manage and expand strategic key accounts in the e-mobility sector.
  • Oversee proposal development, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Increase brand awareness in relevant European markets.
  • Analyze and manage sales and marketing KPIs.
  • Prepare and present forecasts and performance reports.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in the e-mobility sector.
  • Deep experience in SaaS, especially B2B subscription models.
  • Strong network within the e-mobility industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and personal responsibility.
  • Marketing experience and international sales focus.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
