Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in Technical Support / Helpdesk for B2B software/SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk.
  • Proven SLA ownership and clear customer updates.
  • Comfortable working fully remote and independently.
  • Awareness of privacy/security in healthcare settings.
  • Basic scripting (Python/Bash) or SQL for troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read logs and leverage dashboards.
