Overview

As an Engineering Manager for the Kong Gateway team in Europe, you will lead a group responsible for various engineering tasks related to the foundational technology of our product offerings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Engineering management experience.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Proven leadership in Engineering, preferably with Rust.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Background in on-premise, cloud, and hybrid products.
• Experience with infrastructure product lines.
