Export Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing shipping and invoicing procedures for daily spare part deliveries, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective communication with stakeholders.

In Short

• Fixed term parental leave substitution until the end of December.

Requirements

• Suitable studies in logistics or foreign trade.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish.
• Previous experience in export activities.
• Experience with dangerous goods documentation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP Systems like SAP is a plus.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
