As a PR Manager for the DACH region at komoot, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a strategic, impactful PR approach aligned with komoot’s positioning, ensuring our brand is perceived positively and effectively managing potential challenges.

• Develop and execute PR strategy to drive a positive brand reputation.
• Take ownership of PR content and support komoot’s spokespersons.
• Enhance public visibility of marketing campaigns through PR activities.
• Manage and collaborate with external PR agency for high-quality execution.
• Build and maintain a strong network of media contacts across DACH markets.
• Act as a key representative of komoot in media relations.
• Identify editorial trends and opportunities for external communications.
• Draft and distribute press materials aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor and report on the success of PR activities.
• Proactively manage crisis situations to strengthen public reputation.

• Deep understanding of editorial trends.
• Passion for outdoor adventures and nature conservation.
• Experience in public relations and media relations.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in crisis communications management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience in the DACH market is a plus.
