• You’ll take responsibility for growing our community of contributors in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Develop strong relationships with top users in DACH.
• Reward the community and educate contributors through webinars.
• Manage meetups and experiences for DACH Pioneers.
• Support and manage our most engaged Pioneers.
• Identify opportunities within the community.

Requirements

• Passion for outdoor activities and community engagement.
• Experience in community management or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize events and webinars.
• Experience with user engagement strategies.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with scouting tools and community platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Knowledge of the DACH outdoor community.
