The Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring customers and driving revenue growth for Kiron Digital Learning Solutions, focusing on acquisition, sales, and relationship management to expand business areas.

Requirements
Experience in lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.
Strong knowledge of building and managing a sales funnel in a team environment.
Excellent relationship-building and sales negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and a proactive approach.
Able to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
Fluency in German at least at B2 level.
Sales experience in the social business or NGO sector is a plus.
A strong network in the social business scene is advantageous.
