In Short

• Drive the development of state-of-the-art data products.
• Design and implement algorithms and build robust data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex health data use cases.
• Manage and deliver key projects for Technical and Data Services.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of trust and transparency.
• Architect and develop reliable data pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Contribute to Python packages and APIs on GitHub.
• Utilize large-scale data and computational technologies.
• Work in a hybrid model with remote options.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in software and data in healthcare and technology.
• Experience with scalable solutions and theoretical rigor.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of SQL and query design on complex datasets.
• Experience with relational, NoSQL, and MPP databases.
• Ability to design data storage best practices.
• Clinical data experience is a plus.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
